For the recipe Spring Greens and Herbs Salad
|1 head||Romaine Lettuce, coarsely chopped|
|1 Cup||Kalamata olive|
|1 Cup||Fresh Italian Parsley Leaves|
|3 ¾ Cups||Basil leaves|
Toss the lettuce, endives, olives, parsley and basil in a large bowl with enough dressing to coat.
Season the salad with salt and pepper to taste and serve.
