For the recipe Spring Greens and Herbs Salad
1 head | Romaine Lettuce, coarsely chopped |
4 | Belgian endives |
1 Cup | Kalamata olive |
1 Cup | Fresh Italian Parsley Leaves |
3 ¾ Cups | Basil leaves |
Italian dressing |
Toss the lettuce, endives, olives, parsley and basil in a large bowl with enough dressing to coat.
Season the salad with salt and pepper to taste and serve.
